Our preferred booking window is 3–12 months out. Popular dates fill quickly, especially in wedding and holiday seasons, so earlier inquiries help us secure the best creative direction and vendor availability.
When our calendar allows, yes. Events booked inside 30 days of the date may include a rush fee to cover expedited sourcing, production, and scheduling.
