Booking Policies
Clear terms, so nothing's a surprise.
Below is a plain-English summary of the V3 Violet Event Design Client Service Agreement you'll sign at booking.
30% non-refundable retainer
Your event date is secured when the retainer is paid. No date is held without payment.
Final payment 7 days before
Balances are due one week before your event. Unpaid balances may pause services.
One rescheduling allowed
Subject to availability. If the new date isn't open, it's treated as a cancellation.
Weather policy for outdoor events
We may modify or relocate décor for safety. Payments are non-refundable but creditable toward a future indoor event.
Rentals stay with V3 Violet
Backdrops, stands, linens, and props are rentals — please don't move or dismantle them. Lost or damaged items billed at replacement cost.
Payments accepted
Credit/debit, Zelle, or invoice payment link.
Also good to know
- All changes and add-ons must be requested in writing.
- Add-ons requested within 7 days of the event are subject to availability and may include a rush fee.
- Client provides venue access, a clear setup area, parking/loading access, and an on-site contact.
- If a venue prohibits helium, adhesives, or ladders, we adjust the design accordingly.
- We may photograph the setup for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
