How much does a luxury tablescape cost per table?

Tablescape styling starts at $85 per table for the Violet Place Setting and goes up to $1,200 per table for the Celestial Luxe tier. Pricing is per table, so your total scales with guest count. Styling labor, setup, and coordination are always included.

Is delivery and setup included in the price?

Yes. Every backdrop and tablescape tier includes delivery, on-site setup, styling, and same-day breakdown within Broward County. Events outside our core radius (roughly 25 miles from Fort Lauderdale) may include a transparent travel fee, quoted up front.

What deposit do you require to book a date?

A 30% non-refundable retainer secures your event date. No date is held without a signed contract and retainer. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Can I customize a package or mix tiers?

Absolutely. Every V3 Violet event is custom. Tiers are a starting point — you can add florals, neon signage, up-lighting, custom vinyl, and specialty rentals. We build the itemized proposal from the tier you choose.

How far in advance should I book?

Weekend dates from March through December typically book 4–8 weeks out. Peak dates (holidays, prom, Mother's Day, and fall wedding season) fill 3–6 months in advance. We also keep limited same-week rush slots each week.

What areas do you serve?

V3 Violet Events serves the Fort Lauderdale corridor and Broward County — Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Weston, Plantation, Davie, Sunrise, Miramar, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, and Parkland — plus neighboring North Miami-Dade communities like Aventura and Hallandale Beach.

30% non-refundable retainer
Your event date is secured when the retainer is paid. No date is held without payment.
Final payment 7 days before
Balances are due one week before your event. Unpaid balances may pause services.
One rescheduling allowed
Subject to availability. If the new date isn't open, it's treated as a cancellation.
Weather policy for outdoor events
We may modify or relocate décor for safety. Payments are non-refundable but creditable toward a future indoor event.
Rentals stay with V3 Violet
Backdrops, stands, linens, and props are rentals — please don't move or dismantle them. Lost or damaged items billed at replacement cost.
