Not seeing your venue? We're happy to scout any Miami-Dade County location — high-rise ballrooms, resort terraces, and marina clubhouses are all in our regular rotation.
3. Aventura logistics you should know
- Load-in & permits: Turnberry and Williams Island require gate passes and a certificate of insurance on file for every vendor.
- On-the-ground tip: High-rise installs need freight elevator holds — we reserve them at booking.
- Booking season: October – May peaks. Weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs fill 6+ months out.

- Balloon backdrops & focal moments: $500 – $2,500
- Custom tablescapes & florals: $1,200 – $6,000
- Full-service event design & planning: $6,000+

5. Your 12-week planning timeline
- 12 weeks out: Confirm venue and lock your date with V3 Violet Events.
- 10 weeks out: Sign off on concept, palette, and inspiration board.
- 8 weeks out: Finalize guest count, rentals, and floral varietals.
- 6 weeks out: Confirm vendor team, catering, and timeline.
- 4 weeks out: Walk-through at your Aventura venue with our team.
- 2 weeks out: Finalize seating, day-of contacts, and load-in windows.
- Event week: We handle setup, styling, on-site management, and breakdown.
