How does the referral commission work for venue partners?
10% of every booked decor contract, plus 5% recurring on repeat bookings from the same client for 12 months. Paid within 7 days of the client's final payment clearing. There's no cap on referrals and no exclusivity requirement.
Can you white-label under our brand?
Yes. We can appear as your in-house design team, stay completely behind the scenes, or be credited as a preferred partner — your call, documented in the partner agreement before the first event.
Do you carry insurance and provide a COI?
Certificate of insurance provided for any venue that requires one, naming the venue as additional insured. Send us the venue's requirements and we'll have the paperwork over before load-in.
