A 3–5 person crew installs during the club's approved load-in window (usually 3–5 hours pre-event) with floor-safe risers and non-marking bases the ballroom manager has approved. You'll get a written arrival window, crew lead's name and cell, and a live check-in when we're 30 minutes out.
